Summary of Ride Comments:
More Water, More Water, More Water!
Make the trails easier – less mountain passes, less technical, fewer sharp turns.
Combine the ribbons of the common areas of the trail
Only use one color ribbon per loop.
Do not post start times as they are subject to weather and vet recommendations.
Advise people about the ride elevation and rocky conditions.
Do not date prizes so that unused prizes can be used next year.
Create a simpler color map.
Widen the gate at the ride entry to accommodate larger rigs.
Make the 25-Mile race a 30-Mile race.
Improve paperwork process.
Improve the food for volunteers and dinner.
GENERAL COMMENT:
Everyone loved the camp, the vet staff, the countryside, the volunteers and they want to come back! YEAH.

Club Decisions:
Give the logo artist a “Twirly Lucy” for her wonderful logo design.
Secure exclusive rights from Otto Johnson to the “Twirly Lucy” and use them only for Pioneer Cabin Race prizes. Do not sell them.
Keep the Costco Tent as a timer tent.
Research getting storage shed to store club and race materials. Elizabeth offered to store supplies in her barn loft.
Clean out the Thomas’s shed and donate books and magazines to the library or schools.
Redesign the trails to include only three loops. Keep the 75-Mile race and reuse one of the loops.
Research the club insurance to determine how much longer we have to use the two already insured event days.
Ideas for other events include an endurance clinic, trail clinic, judged trail ride.
