Anne will interface with the AHA steward. AHA can use our ride as long as there is no additional work for the club.
Bobbi Moved, Anne Seconded and all Approved.
Amy presented a budget for the Pioneer Cabin Endurance Ride.
We need to consider food for about 150 people.
Valley Bank has agreed to be a super sponsor.
Amy has material for about 25 rump rugs.
Some ideas for prize allocation were:
75 Milers get blankets
50 Milers get rump rugs
25 Milers get T-Shirts
Julie moved, Ellen Seconded and motion passed.
Bobbi moved to pay people for what they have put out for prizes.
Anne seconded and all agreed.
Bobbi moved to pay expenses less than $50 for ride marking.
Amy seconded and all agreed.
Ellen made a motion to reimburse Amy for the tent money.
Ann seconded and all agreed.
Computer support for the ride was discussed, and it was agreed that
no computer support was needed.
Ride camp cleanup was discussed. There will be a need to spread manure around, spray for weeds and seed with grass.
Mark agreed to create an EPS file from the Pioneer Cabin artwork and post on an FTP site.
Dr. McKasson from Capitol Animal Vet has agreed to be a vet.
Bill Brown will be the head vet. He will bring another vet who will be the treatment vet.
It would be a good idea to ask Tia to be present and be a treatment vet if necessary.
Fire departments need to be notified.
Amy will make a public service announcement.
Amy can get a photographer.
